Tangy Turkey  Burger

1 pound lean, ground turkey, 1 clove garlic crushed, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, 1egg, 1/4 cup Royal Cranberry Chutney, 1 tablespoon fresh chopped Italian parsley, 1 sliced tomato, 1 red onion sliced, 1 cup baby spinach leaves, and 4 slices of Monterey Jack Cheese.

Mix first six ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Shape mixture into 4 patties. Place patties on an outdoor/indoor grill over medium heat and grill until burgers are cooked through. Toast 4 kaiser rolls. Arrange burgers on plates and garnish each burger with one slice of cheese, one slice of red onion, one slice of tomato, and a few baby spinach leaves. Serve with additional Royal Cranberry Chutney on the side. (Makes four turkey burgers.)
