Spicy  Calamari

1/2 pound fresh, cleaned calamari (tentacles and bodies), 1 garlic clove, 1/2 finely chopped white onion, 2 tablespoon olive oil, 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons Royal Mint Chutney,  salt & pepper to taste, Lemon wedges, and 1/2 loaf of French bread sliced.

Place calamari tentacles in a bowl. Slice calamari bodies so that ringlets are formed. Place calamari ringlets in a bowl with the tentacles and add the lemon juice. In a pan, over medium heat, sauté' garlic and onion in olive oil until tender. Add calamari and sauté' until opaque. Add  Royal Mint Chutney, salt & pepper to taste.

Serve immediately with lemon wedges and the sliced bread (soaks up the delicious sauce).
