Simplest way to prepare Pumpkin Curry using our Cranberry chutney and our Ayurvedic spices.
Dice a small pumpkin, about 5 inches in diameter into small cubes or any way you prefer.
Heat a table spoon or desired amount of oil in a pan.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of Fenugreek, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin to hot oil.
Add pumpkin to it.
Add 1/4 teaspoon of each of the following of our ayurvedic spices:
turmeric, coriander powder, black salt (desired amount), gram masala.
Add 1 cup of water and bring it to boil.
Lower the heat and cook for 4 minutes or until pumpkin is tender to your taste.
Add two/three table spoons full of our cranberry chutney or desired amount of chutney to the pumpkin and simmer it for one more minute.

Note: Any of the five of our chutneys can be used to prepare this dish. Please adjust the amount of spices as needed for your taste.
