Polenta with a Twist  

Here is a terrific, unique appetizer recipe that will impress family and friends during the holidays.

1/4 cup of Olive oil, tubes of Polenta, 1 jar of Royal Tomato Chutney, 2 cups of shredded sharp white cheddar cheese.

Slice Polenta to create disks. Using a non-stick pan, add two tablespoons of olive oil and heat oil over medium heat. Sauté 3-4 polenta disks at a time so each side is slightly browned. Repeat until all of the disks are browned. Cool the disks on a tray. On each disk, spread 1 tsp of Royal Tomato Chutney and sprinkle generously with cheddar cheese. Broil disks until cheese bubbles. Serve and enjoy!
