2 cups of Vanilla ice cream, 1 Banana sliced thin, 1/2 cup of Bombay Emerald Royal Pomegranate chutney, 1 tablespoon of Grand Marnier
In a small sauce pan, heat the chutney and the grand Marnier over a low flame for 3-4 minutes. Cool slightly. Place a cup of vanilla ice cream in two dishes, layer the sliced banana over each cup of ice cream, and add 1/4 cup of chutney over the bananas. Serve immediately and enjoy!
